• investment strategies execution -  our dedicated managers will execute your trades with best execution in mind 

• insider trades reporting - we will monitor and report back all insider trades, that require SEDI reporting.  We will notify insiders of the filling deadlines.  Under NI 55-104, insiders' beneficial ownership of securities must be reported within five calendar days.  If a change in the holdings occurs before any federal or provincial holidays, we will outline the time constraint. 

• risk mitigation - we will review the parameters around the trades and report to the key person(s) 

• trade settlement - we will liaise with your custodians and prime brokerage to clear any outstanding issues
